There is a hang-over from the power outage.

One of the bank in Puteri the system was down in the morning when I was there. The outage was so long, maybe the UPS also could not cover the entire period of outage, if there are UPSes installed.

People where cursing left right center.

Not sure if it is back to normal now.

Ming asking... during the blackout, any issue accessing SW residential / commercial parking, access doors or lifts, etc?

I was there during the blackout, still can take the lift and all common areas are still lit. Just that individual units have no power.

is electric cut frequent?
it is bad for sw business
they should have generator as backup
r2 still not many people staying
still dusty

so what is the solution on PH??
continue to flood r2 or temporary stop?

no idea whether cctv in r2 is working
no more security desk there
the security guard "lau yah" one
cannot speak english
sw cut cost by not hiring high quality speaking nepalese elite forces

sw needs to bring branded outlets in
or those new franchise from overseas like you know the super long queue of donutes from taiwan?
otherwise what is so special about any ordinary eatery?

think to install water heater with pump juz in case low pressure but now seems like quite strong the flow but once 80% occupancy wonder the flow?

i have a female friend rented a unit at R2 as well.She will meet the same 2 PH durin 8am-8.30am whenever she is in the lift to pick up her car ...Scary ...she told..
Especially she is alone all the time...

OMG, meet the same 2 PHs every morning is terrible awakening morning before works.

This is scary especially for ladies as the 2 PHs surely known the level she staying as well as time schedule of going in and out.

my friend stay at 15th floor ,its on her way down to cark park..those PH comes in at lower floor then her...
Those PH likes to say "hi,how r u ,good morning etc..."...
