It seems to me that the control should be more from immigration than anywhere else. On top of that owners and agents should think many2 times. If PH working family I think no issue. But students and singles, the place will have loud music, liquor bottles, fights and PH checking out malaysians near swimming pool. Speechless. Can somebody post the owners' names and the agents' names who were responsible for PH? Then hold a resident meeting. Kasi hentam cukup2

Say no to African students in Setiawalk. If Palm Spring owners can get together to stop all agents of bringing in PH to their condo, so do we in Setiawalk. Just received a SMS from agent, mobile 0105390440, who has spread rumours of more owners supporting them for Hostel for Foreigner Students (African). PLEASE!! PLEASE ALL OWNER, STOP RENTING TO AFRICAN STUDENTS.

"Thank You for Some of Setiawalk Owners Supported. More and More Owners are getting Ready to join Us. We Still Short of 40-50 units as Hostel for Foreigner Students (African). Pls Text Us if interested. Promptly Rental Guaranteed. 50% Rental Higher."
I've not even taken my keys for R1 yet :_(

SW is new kid on the block, we shall see how long the owners can hold and resist before they will give in and rent to Pak H.

Only 50% extra in rental and everybody went gaga already? Guys, SW has potential to go further than what it is today especially after lrt. If many owners rent to PH, then SW will turn into little nigeria. Bye bye SW
