Today i just went to setia walk cinema, it only RM10 for 1 movie ticket @.@

Then the parking is only Rm1 for 2 hr @.@

Then alot of chinese lim teh and minum there @.@

Alot of student too @.@

May i know What is the current and future estimate rental for single,medium,master and studio after lrt completed?

I really hope setia walk can have a good show in 1-2 years time (high rent,good tanent,wong,secure) then the wharf, millenium city and the rest of the property can follow the boom! smile.gif

There is no house that cannot rent out, just got cannot rent out punya rental.

Lower down your rental if you need $ desparately for instalment

Subsales definately higher price and lower rental yield,abo y the seller want to sell wor? It still early to said the rental suck before lrt complete.
