On the JMB forming, as owner, we hv voting right annually, lets be present for the next round of jmb meeting to strengthen R3 to R1 voting power so that we could hv more say and ctrl over our resident preferences. Until now, still do not know what our jmb doing. Even submitted email contact, yet no single mail receive from jmb on what are going on. Even now, R3 still has outstanding issues not settle. I guess will be the common things happen to R2 and R1. Such as rain pour created flooding water at corridor. Door access to car park not a proper type, will easily cause damage to the security lock. Lift problems.... etc etc...

Why no JMB meeting so far? I think this will be best time to hv JMB meeting and sure will be more participant.

To be more effective, should choose the day that most people can attend so that to draw more crowd. Fri still some people working. Best to get Sat, probably the next. More people aware first and join in. If want to do, do it gao gao.

Can some expert help to look at the Deed of Mutual Convenant under Schedule 3 part 1, I believe with most of resident of said parcel lodge complaint and sign all, it will hv effect to against such hostel setup in the private residential units. With part 1.7, JMB involvement, community rules can be amended to curb such hostel or un welcome occupancy renting out by other owners. Owners hv no 100% right over a service apartment. Unless they own a non gated bungalo. There are still some restriction of parcel utilisation.

I would suggest Solace as it is bit away from PH and noise pollution from beer factor.

Network coverage is very bad in Setiawalk. Either JMB or SPS need to liase with Telco for further action. In fact, this is opportunity. If the telco able to provide better coverage in this area, they will win with most users as no one telco provided the best now.

Our Majlis also sleeping. Just know how to lock people car and collect money. Also there are so many foreign labour worker over this row of shop. They will not care on that, not their country.

Any news on the R3 car park entrance rectification at the road divider? Currently need to make a dangerous U turn to go in. Not sure why the divider design this way?

YES is work only at certain location within SW. I think if a telco can provide good service in this problem area, sure it will sapu entire area with residential and commercial. It is too short sighted to see any response first before install the service. I m sure everybody need a good coverage data service here especially commercial.

YES by YTL using wireless adopting earlier phase of 4G. It is fantastic at the area properly covered but not good in SW. Neither for all the telco. SPS got to do something on allowing signal repeater or booster in the SW area, just like those in the reputable mall, telco signals no issue. Probably still our sps retail or commercial do not hv experience handling this issue. In fact, this small little issues are big impact in doing business. Who want to go to places where hard to go online and hard to communicate by even handphone? Not even thru the stone age 2G Edge.

Which floor and the facing ? My one forest view side at 19th flr. Must put at certain location in the unit to get 2 to 3 bar from the Zoom unit which shld be the best reception gadget unit. Can never use YES to book Airasia ticket in my condo unit as it will always timeout. Once I switch network to maxis hsdp, then it is ok. But YES is working fine for good coverage area in terms of stability. Continuous stream of data non stop.

Why Trigon has no problem with internet ? The location is also within SW. Is it price a million make a difference ?
