guys i jsut got my 10mbps internet is all okay but i have a cross over my voip register collum and i cant seem to use the voip phone on thurs the installer installed it had a tick and i was able to receive calls but not make them the technician said it is a problem on maxis side asked me to make a complain to CS i keep making complains but no one has the solution to my problem.. today i restart now no tick at the register dy... pls help

apparently they fixed it... and by fixing it... they meant reducing ping to 150ms...
what benchmark....
screamyx has 15ms
unifi has 10ms..
maxis has 150ms...

150ms also not playable. even my wireless u mobile U58 package able to get 80ms.

I want to ask ar. Why my QVOD player receiving only 120kb/s MAX and most of the time only 60-70 kb/s?

while on my storm player it's 700kb~1mb+

My internet down for 2 day. When connect the eInternet it show the error msg "concentrator not reachable". Call to Maxis CS then ask me rest router & setup the modem again and blah blah blah around 1 hour. Then tell me they can't solve that, then just give me a case number and ask me wait. Any solution for that problem? Anyone face that?

can be the switch setting problem? try change another switch see how it goes?

I had the exact same problem but i actually planned to use custom router already before this... so initially my setting was that i connect my wan port of my asus router to the lan of the thomson router... since stupid thomson router let me down i just directly configure ppoe in my asus router and connect to btu direct but still waiting for maxis to get back to me so i can use my freaking VOIP... =.=

This problem come from Thomson router? Until now no news from Maxis for my case

how about u connect direct to the modem , the black color one ? does it work.

i connect the maxis modem the black one to btu and it doesnt work keeps saying something like concentrator not reachable then i connect my asus rt n16 with the ppoe config and now i can use it already... today maxis called told me tey will come my place tomorrow to check the modem

i know but it took me one hour to explain to guy that.. he insisted that i troubleshoot the samething again and again and again..... anyway of getting a better router?? can ask for the tg799n??

support you, get better one of course seem the latest is available. Ask for it for your glory
