nowadays you guise download torrent files how fast? the maximum i can go is 500kb/s only. and then i don't know why my latency so high when i play DotA 2. but DotA 1 latency is almost perfect.

I want to ask ar. Why my QVOD player receiving only 120kb/s MAX and most of the time only 60-70 kb/s?
while on my storm player it's 700kb~1mb+ I set the speed to unlimited already  |
