What's unfair about it? Early bird offers / rebates / promotions are common marketing practices in any number of industries. (For the record, I didn't sign up with Maxis BB or get DrPritchard's early bird voucher).

hey guys,

wanna ask, how long does it take for them to setup my house if i register in this few days?

my house was previously using maxis fiber, but cut off already because the account owner is shifting away. so now i want to register a new one under my name. so could it take up to a few months?

my other housemate told me he went to ask maxis, and they said no coverage at my area, but the truth is i was already using maxis fiber sweat.gif

is it better to register through agents/members here in the forum or directly register at maxis center?

Guys. I just terminated my streamyx line due to some payments mishaps. Thought of getting maxis ftth. I'm a gamer. So, is it a bad idea for me to subscribe under maxis ftth ? So many ping complaints. Read the post from August till now and yet it's not resolved. What other ISP is recommended ? I'm living in a landed area at Penang.

Guys. I switched from unifi. And I realise this thomsan modem is freaking funny. Ping to google need 30ms. To Singapore 100ms. I search through internet and found that this is the thomsand problem.

To use custom router I only found huawei and zte vdsl modem. Unfortunately im using the i240g-p modem. How can I improve the ping? ?
