When you say PON, did you mean 'optical' or 'pots'?  My tm modem have no PON LED.

Optical LED is OK, PON is not lighted

So how many hours of no internet should I report to CFM?
*
My TM's Fiberhome modem labels the indicator light as 'PON'. I think this is the same as optical from other modem manufacturers. But you mentioned above that the Optical LED is OK..so perhaps it's something else..
For my case, it was the modem faulty.

in the morning, laptop was able to connect to wifi. after work, reached home in the evening, found that ipad cannot connect doh.gif. Turn off and turn on the modem and router, only then able to connect the ipad. now looks ok, can use my desktop and ipad simultaneously. hope they manage to find a permanent solution. irritating maxis, all we want is stable and fast internet connection, this also cannot provide rolleyes.gif

[attachmentid=3059243]

existing maxis home user is using tg784n for 10mbps package and tg799vn for 30mbps package

but starting from today....all user will get tg784n v3 or tg799vn instead of old tg784n
*

Guys, please double check your Maxis Mobile bill again. The free minutes on Maxis Mobile was not rebated properly.
The total Maxis to Maxis call and the free minutes rebate was totally not tally.
I had filed my complain and was promised to receive the credit adjustment on my next bill.

How do you calculate to check if it's correct or wrong ?
If I use ValuePlus RM30 (RM30 worth of calls/sms), which takes precedence ?

Look at your Maxis to Maxis calls total then tally it with Home 150 rebates and discount.

No black and white stating which one takes precedence. But I was informed my Maxis center MV that the free minutes gets deducted first. Try call 123 at your end, they will give you different answers.

Added on September 26, 2012, 11:55 amThe is a bug in Maxis Mobile billing system too. The Maxis to Maxis calls section includes TM fixed line calls as well. sweat.gif

Just to share...
Did Maxis called you guys? I got a call this morning asking how is my FTTH, any issue faced etc... The guy said Maxis has done some maintenance to the servers and infra yesterday, so should be no disconnection issue anymore. I asked about the high latency issue, that is still not resolved and they are working on it.

Another Failure In Installation

1. Installation set on today 9:30AM.
2. Maxis engineer came on 10:00AM. She left the Dect phone and TG784n in my house and then went somewhere.
3. I patiently waited until 11:15AM, then I made a call to this Maxis engineer and asked her where is TM's people.
4. Moment later, she came back to my house and told me that the installation cannot proceed. Well, TM's people is missing in action. So, she took back everything and said sorry.

Disappointing, and nothing else I want to say......for now.

Mine also turn off the power of the router and turn it on again then can connect d. But sometimes the DC is so frequent and a bit irritating.

The itemised call was printed in the bill as TMB central and I know personally that number is a TM fixed line.

Oh I see, since it's Maxis-to-Maxis, it's cheaper then ?

The problem is Maxis rebate is very negligible amount only. Even deducting the TM calls from Maxis to Maxis calls total, the rebate still not matching the actual Maxis to Maxis calls.
