Bro Kekura, good point I have put in the approximate location of M Residence 1,2,3, Country Garden @ Rawang, Sp Setia: Setia Eco Templer, and Da Land: The Two as well. Saujana by Glomac, and Bandar Tasik Puteri by Lowyat is not drawn, as they are already shown on the map. There are others boutique developments as well that are a little harder to show, since the map is rather small, so I will just skip for now.

** Please note that the location of each site is the approximate location of the individual existing/new/to be launch development that I know and combine them all together by my half pass Photoshop skill , you guys might notice that some of the township although are side by side are not connected, but in reality, the development might/should be connected to each other, I just don't have the exact info on how their alignments are connected exactly, hope this made sense but yeah... these are the approximate location and their alignments, if you guys have more accurate alignment, please do share it as well. For now, hope this will help to visualize the alignments

According to what Divina tai kor said, there is a housing redevelopment in Rawang tin, which sit beside the ktm station. There are 2 storey Terrance (for the Rawang tin residence) and 3 storey Terrance (for public). The development is in progress now.

good to hear! My mum is living in Anggun 2, and I've also invested in Anggun city, so I've vested interests to see Anggun Rawang blooms!

Wow Rawang is booming. Most of the new major development is near Aeon side not Rawang old town.

I think Anggun commercial by HBL is going to be the main commercial hub for the northern klang valley.

You see most developer such as mahsing are building typical shop lots with no concept. The reason is simple. They have no long term vision for Rawang. They build, they sell, they leave.

However, HBL's vision is to stay for long term. Aeon Rawang own by HBL. Not for sale. Anggun City, HBL own 30%. McDonald also own by HBL and it is also not for sale. This proves that they will stay long term and will make sure Anggun is the new center of the North.

In addition, the concept for Anggun City is 2nd to none in Rawang.
Knowing their vision and commitment to Rawang, I will follow HBL

Berjaya group is the master franchise of McD in Malaysia, they own and operate certain McD in Malaysia, and also offer individual franchise to fellow franchiser at a beautiful sum

I met the HBL tycoon face to face during the aeon mcd launching. Was together in the vip room during meal, had a chat with his staff. He said aeon is built by hbl and rented to aeon. As for mcd, they rent the land to mcd. Hbl dont own or manage the mcd. But that time, the mcd manager served them like king, as if hbl is his boss.
