I found this thread interesting when discussing about development surrounding anggun area. Too late to grab one in anggun, end up booking corus 68 in m residence. Hope we can exchange information comparing these 2 developers project execution as well the surrounding development.

Developers need to work hand in hand with the authority. The pressures must come from many parties, residents, developers, road users and etc.  Developers have big interest on the amenities as if they want to sell their properies, they need to deal with the the public concern. They need to deal with the land authority, probably contribute some funding in the public access road, conclusion: money rules.

I met the HBL tycoon face to face during the aeon mcd launching. Was together in the vip room during meal, had a chat with his staff. He said aeon is built by hbl and rented to aeon. As for mcd, they rent the land to mcd. Hbl dont own or manage the mcd. But that time, the mcd manager served them like king, as if hbl is his boss.

How's the crowd in Aeon? Business sustainable?

Always full with people. Parking always full. Weekend jam at the junction into aeon until rawang tol. Need more shopping mall there, aeon cannot cater the number of residents.

it is even slower now because of the economy and oversupply of properties.
