All the exciting news of mrt line 1, and now line 2, but Rawang is left out of direct beneficiaries

What is the benefit of clay brick?

Clay Bricks VS. Cement Bricks:

1. Higher compressive strength, clay bricks 2-3 times stronger than cement bricks.

2. Cement brick absord higher moisture compare to clay bricks thus wall will stay damp.

3. Cement bricks 20% cheaper than clay bricks.

4. Wall using concrete bricks chances of cracking higher as concrete will continue chemical reaction results in shrinkage.

5. Clay bricks higher density than cement bricks thus sound proof better and can absorbs heat slows down heat transfer.

As I know, most of the anggun project also using clay bricks right?!

By the way, do anyone knows that the anggun 3 show house will be open for viewing sometimes around mid autumn festival?! (Forget who telling me or where to see this, any bro can clarify)

DA Land signs MoU with Sanderson Group for The TWO's Theme Park



The TWO one million sq ft indoor and outdoor theme park will be conceptualised, designed and managed by Sanderson Group, an Australian design and construction firm. Sanderson has completed projects on behalf of Warner Bros, Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Wet 'n' Wild. Its other prominent projects in Asia include Sunway Lagoon, Singapore Zoo River Safari and Resorts World Sentosa. The themepark will offer water rides, adventure sports, as well as thematic rides, shows and dining experiences.

I have checked the websites of Sanderson, they only design and construct theme parks but they do not operates. Is the developer going to operates it?
