The Honda 3S centre is a big one the leveling job started at the back site ie opposite petronas stn where u specified, that's part of the 3S centre as pura management told me when i am back to msia during new year break. Nevertheless either case its not bad news. Most pressing of all at that part of rawang, is the sewerage, flash flood and accessibilty/ jam situation, it requires immediate attention and fixes but unfortunately not, one can only hope for the best which is discouraging to say the least

Ya...the flood at Caltex and Petronas in front AEON there is terrible, massive jam sad.gif Me stuck at home can't go out due to the flood!

I think bro CLOng is talking about HBL owning the AEON McD building+land, or the specific McD AEON franchise is taken and operated by HBL or both icon_rolleyes.gif perhaps he can enlighten further

Berjaya group is the master franchise of McD in Malaysia, they own and operate certain McD in Malaysia, and also offer individual franchise to fellow franchiser at a beautiful sum  thumbup.gif

You are right. Berjaya owns McD. HBL lease the land to them. I have chked with HBL. Thanks for the clarification.

Saw this board erected next to Anggun 1 or opposite McD.
Is this where they are going to build the Honda 3S Centre?
The proposed building plan also includes Kemudahan Awan (Surau, Dewan & Tadika) hmm.gif

Pretty pricey for Rawang.
2s starts from RM1.25mil & 3s, if not mistaken, priced at RM1.6mil+

Stay in Anggun 2 now, bought an unit in Anggun city! Anggun city is going to be THE place to be for the increasing mid-high class community population in Rawang and for northen Klang Valley are once the TWO is open!

it's normal to have sceptism, when there's none, the prices would have gone up so high beyond most's affordability. I'm sceptical myself on the TWO, hence have invested only on Anggun city which is a much safer bet with as much promises.

nonetheless, i have strong confidence in Rawang in general smile.gif

I also agree.
Anggun City is progressing well. Really look forward to see how it will turn out.
AEON Rawang is starting to get a little too crowded during the weekends.
The scene is so different from the first time i visited in mid 2012.
