ahahaha, couldnt help it, just way too funny. How could one think AES is time based?!

when it is too dark... sometimes i cant even see the car plate in front of me.

and if they use flash on a highway, then thts dangerous... the flash cld blind the driver...

common sense lah sayang, soalan cam ni pun tanya?! The photo would easily prove, and most likely they wont send you a saman, but by mistake if they had sent you one, just explain the incident to them. simple kan.

Not necessary. As the story goes, without full/strict enforcement, there is no point to keep issuing summons.
So, if everyone gang up and don't pay... cause even blacklist, JPJ still allow renew 6 months road tax.

Then PDRM/JPJ ... and start to give 1Malaysia discount

Money pay first... later then you spend the whole week filling up 10 different forms talking to 5 different people in 3 different place to claim back your money.... and that's if you're lucky.

while driving to those 3 places, you probably kena saman again... from AES, traffic camera, mobile camera... you probably have to illegal park because so many people also want to claim, again kena saman for illegal parking... then the cycle repeat.

yeah right.

I have to agree this. Gov are not helping at all. They just wan to drain your wallet.

looks like a plan in motion...

people getting angry then suddenly comes a hero who will cancel all your saman then everybody rejoice!

Introduce a small application here, hope it helps to alert drivers when detected camera within 500meter.
