common sense lah sayang, soalan cam ni pun tanya?!  doh.gif  The photo would easily prove, and most likely they wont send you a saman, but by mistake if they had sent you one, just explain the incident to them. simple kan.

Not necessary. As the story goes, without full/strict enforcement, there is no point to keep issuing summons.
So, if everyone gang up and don't pay... cause even blacklist, JPJ still allow renew 6 months road tax.  doh.gif

Then PDRM/JPJ  sweat.gif  ... and start to give 1Malaysia discount  doh.gif
*
yeah but i can't find any official information or place we can ask them questions. sweat.gif

Money pay first... later then you spend the whole week filling up 10 different forms talking to 5 different people in 3 different place to claim back your money.... and that's if you're lucky.

while driving to those 3 places, you probably kena saman again... from AES, traffic camera, mobile camera... you probably have to illegal park because so many people also want to claim, again kena saman for illegal parking... then the cycle repeat.

yeah right.

I think they will just have to give Waze some time.
Currently, not all cameras are employed at 831 locations. So maybe having a hard time updating which place has and which "coming soon".  laugh.gif
*
problem is with these AES apps is they do not show the range of the AES when our car goes near to it and where its pointing....front or back.

hmm...
what they gonna do next? Bought new camera that's it. Let say camera cost rm100k...
it would 'automatically' cost rm200k easily
just as planned

haiya! our G always hangat-hangat tahi ayam wan when got new things.
it will all fail sooner or later.
remember itis.com.my? what is it doing now? success or failure?
as long as certain people get their "commission" for "commissioning" certain projects it fail or success it doesn't matter.

Those claims that AES improve road safety is pure BS to me...
accident normally happens at corners or bends in the road and normally not at highway but narrow trunk roads.
But AES installed at wide 3 lanes straight highway road.... clear cut the main reason is NOT accident prevention.
*
i agree.
plus the AES is usually located on downhill sections.
people maintaning 110kmh are sure to be more than 110kmh on downhill.
unless they expect everyone to brake alot for no reason on a highway.

thanks to AES, soon our country will have creative ppl inventing license-plate quick switches wink.gif

u wan break the law, dun complain about the consequences later...

saying that 110 km/h is too slow for modern cars... in a way it is true BUT has the skills of drivers driving gone up accordingly too?
i think it is the other way.....

but the thing i most agree with you is we need to increase the quality of drivers we have in the country.

how many times when we reach a t-junction got some idiot half way out blocking the road?
or flying out of the corner then slow down when on the mainroad?

I don't have any problem when they want to enforce the law but I hate it when they are only focusing on speeding when they can prioritise on other things that will make the road safer.

Driving on the right lane when you are not overtaking is also against the law. There is a big sign saying "ikut kiri kecuali memotong" and obeying the sign is also basic thing to do. Even when you are driving below the speed limit, you are still a potential danger if you are driving in the wet with worn out tyres but many people are do not focus on this since there is no enforcement.
*
talking about that.
how we expected to overtake right lane road hoggers going at 90kmh at MEX highway when the speed limit is 90kmh and they refuse to move over laugh.gif

I do agree with you that even 10kph, there will be accident if no fatality.
Things are more advanced but driving skills are going backwards.

Whether they want to ensure drivers follow law or even reduces accident.. it 'may' have many agenda behind all these.  All are excuses.  whistling.gif

abt the advanced driving course..huh, dont even mentioned that as many dont even know the basics.  Not sure even JPJ officers, how many can pass.  It could be all current driving schools and JPJ are like "Crap teaching the young craps how to walk straight".

car manufacturer trying their best to put in all the safety features but drivers are challenging them always.  rclxub.gif

"I have best car in the world... 10 airbags, ABS, TCS, VSC, ABC, DEF, 10 stars safety rating...etc etc", so he can drive fast and furious. OR
"I have the biggest car (pick ups, SUVs).. it has better rangka when ramping each other".. ??
Yes.. it is drivers.  Not rules.  They think they are the best and experience.. all others shxt.

your question...haha the yellow car wont give ways and fly out..then another car from the right hand will not give way too.. plus another few cars will jump ques from outer lanes.. best ever...  shocking.gif

I'm not sure this thinking is right?
MEX.. another sigh.. so far can see the signs but no cameras yet..
90kph is slow.. many will hogged all the way man.  Have to start journey from 5am in order to reach office.  vmad.gif

I drive like 90-110 or higher in MEX.. road is straight, just need to aware of few corners.
Some are 70kph in middle lanes.. some 80-90 in fast lane.. not moving over.

Bike may not be a choice though as bike also kena saman.. sigh.
*
according to the law.
the red car has right of way.
the yellow car has to stop for the red car not the other way around.
