Not necessary. As the story goes, without full/strict enforcement, there is no point to keep issuing summons.
So, if everyone gang up and don't pay... cause even blacklist, JPJ still allow renew 6 months road tax. 

Then PDRM/JPJ    ... and start to give 1Malaysia discount 

Money pay first... later then you spend the whole week filling up 10 different forms talking to 5 different people in 3 different place to claim back your money.... and that's if you're lucky.

while driving to those 3 places, you probably kena saman again... from AES, traffic camera, mobile camera... you probably have to illegal park because so many people also want to claim, again kena saman for illegal parking... then the cycle repeat.

I think the WAZE app is starting to show these cameras.

make sure to put it near the aircond vent or else you'll end up with broken gps chip or shorter battery life.

I think that camera is set to trigget at 9km/h and not 90km/h...
I drive waayyyy below 90 km/h and still kena flash. Everytime.

I think they will just have to give Waze some time.
Currently, not all cameras are employed at 831 locations. So maybe having a hard time updating which place has and which "coming soon".

Those claims that AES improve road safety is pure BS to me...
accident normally happens at corners or bends in the road and normally not at highway but narrow trunk roads.
But AES installed at wide 3 lanes straight highway road.... clear cut the main reason is NOT accident prevention.

I don't have any problem when they want to enforce the law but I hate it when they are only focusing on speeding when they can prioritise on other things that will make the road safer.

Driving on the right lane when you are not overtaking is also against the law. There is a big sign saying "ikut kiri kecuali memotong" and obeying the sign is also basic thing to do. Even when you are driving below the speed limit, you are still a potential danger if you are driving in the wet with worn out tyres but many people are do not focus on this since there is no enforcement.

I do agree with you that even 10kph, there will be accident if no fatality.
Things are more advanced but driving skills are going backwards. 

Whether they want to ensure drivers follow law or even reduces accident.. it 'may' have many agenda behind all these.  All are excuses. 

abt the advanced driving course..huh, dont even mentioned that as many dont even know the basics.  Not sure even JPJ officers, how many can pass.  It could be all current driving schools and JPJ are like "Crap teaching the young craps how to walk straight".

MEX.. another sigh.. so far can see the signs but no cameras yet..
90kph is slow.. many will hogged all the way man.  Have to start journey from 5am in order to reach office. 

I drive like 90-110 or higher in MEX.. road is straight, just need to aware of few corners.
Some are 70kph in middle lanes.. some 80-90 in fast lane.. not moving over.

Bike may not be a choice though as bike also kena saman.. sigh.
