make sure to put it near the aircond vent or else you'll end up with broken gps chip or shorter battery life.

QUOTE(chuasw23 @ Oct 18 2012, 10:01 AM) Introduce a small application here, hope it helps to alert drivers when detected camera within 500meter. Feel free to try for android user : You can find this apps in google play market with the keywords : AES Detector Here is the link : AES Detector LInk Cheers !! i think 500 meter is insufficient...at least 1 km would be better

QUOTE(qqmeng @ Oct 17 2012, 11:02 AM) when it is too dark... sometimes i cant even see the car plate in front of me. and if they use flash on a highway, then thts dangerous... the flash cld blind the driver... i m not sure.... anyone kena saman at night b4 kena flash at night last week on the NS highway before Kajang exit, but due to another car beside me speeding, hopefully I won't kena too as I was slightly over the limit. I can tell u that the AES flash IS quite blinding.

I can tell u that the AES flash IS quite blinding. This is most frequent flash AES, everytime I passby also see it flash, almost every few seconds. Due to the limit is 90km/h. I hope the system can detect which car accurately. Reason is, I also always on camera due to next car beside me is fast.

I drive waayyyy below 90 km/h and still kena flash. Everytime.

Ha...I got no way to test what speed they set, since so many car passby beside me. I was so piss off...until purposely drive until 70km/h when infront of the camera, just want to see it flash or not? But still it flash, of cos might due to car on next lane... Out of 10 times I passby, 9 will flash.
