just called sng & co today and told that S&P is ready for mine
I will be going to Bukit Jalil sales office to sign on this Saturday (Finally!) One question, is anyone success to negotiate the legal fee with sng & co? mine is included in the loan package (RM9,200). my unit is Tower 1, type A. Thanks! |

Lets do some information gathering so we are able to get the best discount, this will definitely benefit all of us. Over the phone I was told 30%, of course I will try to fight for 35%. My info is below.
Type C - Loan amount RM 470K - 30% discount tentatively. |
