Thanks, ronn77 !
Jst left 1473 sqft only, mean it will be more than 600k which is out of my budget already. :-(
Anyway, will drop by the sales site and have alook ...

You might try to check the unit Tower 2, Type A2 (with 2 lanai), after discount around RM517k(loan amount).
I think only left is highest floor. Which i believe only drawback it might be too hot during afternoon. Well i think depend on how the sky gardens structure?

Another thing to add beside semi furnish is the location.

Have fun hunting!

Even stated if developer failed to pay the interest, buyer shall be liable for it.

Any one can share the solicitor office contact number here? all the document at home. Will make a call to them and ask how much needs to prepare.

Wondering is it too late to ask banker to actually include in the loan for the legal fees...

Lets do some information gathering so we are able to get the best discount, this will definitely benefit all of us. Over the phone I was told 30%, of course I will try to fight for 35%. My info is below.

Type C - Loan amount RM 470K - 30% discount tentatively.
*
Bro, after you sign then let me know how much ok? mine same loan amount and same type too.
So sign SNP and Loan agreement on the same day ? If i not mistaken they will have to wait until you sign the SNP then another appointment with different lawyer to sign Loan agreement ? hmm.gif

Might as well share the specs that mention in SNP, like what furnishing and etc. tongue.gif

Signed all documents yesterday, took me slightly more than an hour to get it done, never know leasehold property have so much docs. sweat.gif

Saw the maintenance charges reflected, confirmed RM0.20. I was shown the parking lot plan as well, mine is at Level 2. Now have to wait for stamping, was told most likely it will be ready a month later.

Maybe majority Tower 2 buyers are those rich uncle auntie not active in Lowyat??

Bro Chris Bro, where is your second unit? can't find it when I compiled the list, your name only appear once , Tower 3 high floor woh??
*
I think rich one are the one who bought T3, mostly big unit there tongue.gif .

Btw is it normal to sign legal document first only sign SNP? cause until now SnG havent call me to sign..

If our developer really kept their words with building a nice walkway to LRT then it would be advantage for those investor to rent out unit because recently with all the raining going on, is always better for the future tenant to walk back home than stuck in LRT station.

Yes, that is what she told me. Too bad only 85% means still need to fork out another $30k for merely 5% differences  sad.gif

From what i recall during signing of SNP it says the first 20% would be after 21 days later ( forgotten is it working days or not) and then there is no clear indication when will be 3rd and so on. This kinda affects me since LTV 70%.

So you gotten your SNP copy already ?
