It looks clearly the developer is building the facilities area and under construction by stages. Most of the things like surau, activity room, reading room etc already there.
Heard cafetaria is on the way, gym room ID is on the way, lobby ID is finalized and guess, oso on the way.
Can u share to all of us here what is missing and what is going to miss?

hmm visited 2years back on this project, How come the actual pool size looks way smaller than the brochure? and not wise to hav the pool next to the carpark.. atleast developer should design some panel to cover the carpark, instead expose plainly like that...

from the photo angle, you cannot see the plants that they already planted. the plant when grow can become natural cover
Now you guys know why i posted the earlier post regarding the missing of the common facilities, ie cafeteria, pool deck & water fountain.. If these facilities are yet to be built, those area shouldnt be planted with plant like now... It should be sandy / concrete floor / base..
Seriously..getting worried with the outcome of this project.
From the leaked picture, the toilet looks like a cheap apartment furnishing and they give the ugly looks water heater (instead of centralise with water mixer).
Facilities omitted from the initial plan and the layout is totally messed up.
