At a glance, I think the paint quality on the KR1 (residences not the guardhouse) are poor. This paint will not last. Its been diluted too much and you will see the effects in a few months. I think those of us with connections with the developer's should bring this up to them. Most of the poor paint conditions you see on buildings around KL are due to over dilution of the paint. Most contractors cheat in this way. Paint should only to be diluted when additional workability is needed and that has to be done in accordance with the manufacturer's ratio on the back of the tin. Sadly very few contractors actually do this.

I can understand the change of condo name, due to LH, landowner is government department and under DBKL, to maintain the English name is not easy or according to solicitor that I ve known for years, this is standard compare to Selangor and if not mistaken, the group of purchasers were voted the new name of Kiara Jalil, which is not the worst name actually.

I also can understand the change of unit number. Actually the unit we purchased upon under constructions, for any projects, was a Lot. No only ( for developer and purchaser reference for the Type they buying & selling ) instead of Postal Unit. No, which only approved by authority before VP, and in this case, the allocation understanding is quite stupid IMHO although I am not affected by the unit number.

But, totally will be dissappointed if the facilities area also so huge difference from what were the previous selling points. 80% i feel happy dy, lol but if 100% different, then jialatz, unless it change to another looks of good bcz the brochure one also looks so so only. Nothing to shout.

Hmm, about the guard house, really looks different. What about other important common areas?

It's normal lar... Didn't you know that marketing things are for illustration purpose only, Developer will not put a clause like what you see what you will get 100%... LOL...

How you define the % by the way?? It's useless... all developer put in the pictures you all see is in marketing purpose... As long as their construction follow their master architect plan, developer should be no problem anyhow.

It looks clearly the developer is building the facilities area and under construction by stages. Most of the things like surau, activity room, reading room etc already there.

Heard cafetaria is on the way, gym room ID is on the way, lobby ID is finalized and guess, oso on the way.

Can u share  to all of us here what is missing and what is going to miss?

Seriously..getting worried with the outcome of this project.

From the leaked picture, the toilet looks like a cheap apartment furnishing and they give the ugly looks water heater (instead of centralise with water mixer).

Facilities omitted from the initial plan and the layout is totally messed up.
