Internal finishing wise acceptable but the whole project facade and finishing kinda missing the creamy topping. Not ump enough i feel. Maybe just me. Profit on paper or hard cold muneh? Haha. Paper gain doing quite goid imho, 410psf onwards 2012 to 610psf onwards 2015.

secondary buyer who willing to go that high for condo in bk may be not much. Even harder if substandard finishing.

Kr2 area i think competition just going to get stiffer for rental market. If finishing again not impressive, rental and subsale price will lag behind z res.kr2 price will be limited by kr1 if the characteristics more less the same.

Chris, do you somehow knows new target vp for rr?

how rr facade is at current stage. i think only achieve about 60-70% of the illustration standard only. hope KR2 will achieve better.

like still a lot of works to go. 1.5 months like impossible. rr developer/contractor is also going on slowly now. completion defer to november.

saw some of the internal photos of the unit. not bad worr.

Saw on the iprop only the photo of the kitchen cabinet n toilet. Seem like legit pic of kr2. Water heater same like kr1 and rr i presume. Kitchen cabinet looks better than kr1.

any update from the meet up?

What was the price for kr2 at early stafe for early buyers? These photos i think are the interior of kr2. But not sure tho.
