As per my post that u quoted, it was RM 780k and RM 790k latest.

RM 780k was 2-3 mths ago, forgot whether it was Tower 1 but low floor. RM 790k was last month, med floor at 1x and Tower 1.

I not willing to reveal the exact floor here due to owner's privacy bcz there are only 1 unit of Type C for Tower 1 n 2.
I suppose these are bare unit prices right? No reno or fit out

LOL. The extension is coming from Bukit Jalil/Sri Petaling. 4 stations will be in first phase, stopping at kinrara5, of course it will pass through the Zest !

The Zest is an older property already. Don't forget there are The Z, KR1/2 which are there to compete in the sales/rental opportunities.

You mean KR2 has no high speed cable laid out in the building to the respective units ?

Tell us more instead of using cynical words.

There is
But the connectors used in the MATV Risers and FWS are not the ones you're suppoaed to be using for this kind of application.

Normally those connectors are connected to your modem instead of the riser or MDF but since they're cheap, the prop dev decided to use them so in the end they end up degrading after a few days, resulting in high data loss, sometimes even no connection

So before you start blaming your ISP, you might want to have a look at those first because we already advise the property dev to no avail already

Not sure about the other units though

This is too technical for me as I am not a cable person. But sounds like the developer people are not even knowledgeable enough to know the difference and thereby got into this situation which makes it too late to retrofit ?

So fast you tested your units for high speed internet already ? KR2 wor ?

We test for data loss between the riser(located next to the electric supply riser) and the respective units.

The data loss that comes out is based on LAN environment so we normally have to improvise to keep it very low because internet speed is typically at 30-40% of speeds achieved in LAN environment

Just to confirm, KR2 is the unit located in front of Awan Nesar LRT STATION AND YL COMPLEX RIGHT?

Simple explanation: you're not supposed to use the connectors being used in KR2 to connect the units to the room where everything is connected to the service providers

So, what is the anjakan thingy? more facilities going to build on this land?
*
The anjakan thingie ( yellow land in the picture ) is now planted with grass already. So I guess there will be no development on the vacant land. It's just a vacant which does not belong to KR2 project.
