Kinda dissappointed with the design & planning.. The outdoor condenser shouldn't be installed there & expose like this. Or should have louvre to cover it. Sigh...

Hey guys.. I've check through the S&P. Under the attached second schedule, got list out the common facilities & services as per the followings:-
1) swimming pool
2) gymnasium
3) sauna
4) lounge area
5) landscape park with water feature
6) cafeteria
7) multipurpose hall
8) reading room
9) activity room
10) children playground
11) kindergarden
12) launderette
13) convenient shop
14) management office
15) surau
16) ritual yard
17) guard house

Besides that, there were also attachement of the plan layout, showing clearly those common area facilities.
Therefore, how come the developer can change from something to nothing (omission)?? Do our S&P good enough to sue them??

What is missing?? Hmm.. Pool deck, cafeteria on top of pool, water feature / fountain.. Saw new trees already being planted onto the area which are support to be constructed for those facilities..

Now you guys know why i posted the earlier post regarding the missing of the common facilities, ie cafeteria, pool deck & water fountain.. If these facilities are yet to be built, those area shouldnt be planted with plant like now... It should be sandy / concrete floor / base..
