I think with the price increase, if you plan to buy and flip immediately after VP, Type A and B is out of gap dy and quite tough, bcz early buyers who it a lot cheaper at RM 420-450 psf.

However, at RM 510-550 psf nett with 3 car parks, no doubt it is still on par or much below than most of the new launches today and actually it is comparable with ZR's latest pricing of the similar size units which sold at same price range after 9% discount but no DIBS, 2 car parks and less furnish items.

If buy to hold, I think still do-able since such options are very minimal.

And, the price could be increase again if next release is up again.

Btw, I thought you had bought one since early days ago.

I think new price not that low, except Type C, 1457 sq feet which is almost there.

Perhaps, if both interested, can visit KR2 sales gallery asap. Look for Joseff or Kenny.

If not mistaken, they released 15 units on last Thursday with increased price and left 5-6 units as at Saturday when my friend went there.
Now, not sure.

As I know of,

Type A : RM 540-546 psf
Type B : RM 510-520 psf
Type C : RM 490-495 psf

1 more premium Type C1 ( dunno C1 or C2b unit ) @ 1490 sq feet, available at RM 470 psf but with 2 car parks only.

All price above after discount and with 3 car parks. Normal Type A and Type C taken.
Type A left units at Level 25-26 @ Tower 1/2 and
Type B left a low floor unit ( with 2T + 1 ) and another medium high floor unit at Tower 3.

KR1 already got sub-sale units with condition S&P, at RM 485-495 psf, both smallest size.

I secured 1 more yesterday Tower 1 level 25 at RM 471 psf (under another name) but i saw a guy who came in about 10 mins about me and grabbed 3 units.

What's remaining now is only 1 unit: T3-05-02 with 1 carpark and 2 tandem carpark 1276sf. RM 648,954 (after disc – RM 508 psf) Facing LRT / Bkt Jalil.

Units sold yesterday:

T2-25-06 with 3 carparks 1101 sq ft
RM 607,941 (RM 552 psf)
Facing Pool / Kesas

T2-26-06 1201 sq ft with 3 car parks
RM 642,816 (RM 535 psf)
Facing Pool / Kesas

T3-17-07 with 3 carparks 1276 sq ft
RM 661,695 (RM 519 psf)
Facing KL / Kesas

Wow, all good units sapu-ed without any advertising but only allowed for registered members or existing buyers.

With new prices, I really dropped my specs not only for Type A, 1073 sq feet like the havoc last year but now, seems any sizes except Level 1 with huge gardens.

Bro, good unit you had secured or else, the guy who came in late who took it as well. The price still very fair for a high floor unit where even next door, KR1 with lower spec also can value at RM 485 psf now.

Type A @ 1050 sq feet. Heard 2 units already agreed at RM 510k and RM 515k.

No prices for Type B @ 1291 sq feet and Type C @ 1454 sq feet yet.

I think one unit of Type C is asking RM 670k @ RM 461 psf, and value no issue.

Hehehehe.

cyber boss is a fan of big size and premium units. Never the less, very high floor and RM 471 psf for such good unit, still good buy.

Yes, released units really flying off like hot cakes and most surprise me one, was the demand of small units seems never ending from day 1 until now and I never see the sticker of Type A is able to pull off or need any advertisement to sell it.

Now, even with increased price and some premium units of big sizes, all being snapped up by existing clients, friends and early registrants who keep waiting.
