I think with the price increase, if you plan to buy and flip immediately after VP, Type A and B is out of gap dy and quite tough, bcz early buyers who it a lot cheaper at RM 420-450 psf.
However, at RM 510-550 psf nett with 3 car parks, no doubt it is still on par or much below than most of the new launches today and actually it is comparable with ZR's latest pricing of the similar size units which sold at same price range after 9% discount but no DIBS, 2 car parks and less furnish items.
If buy to hold, I think still do-able since such options are very minimal.
And, the price could be increase again if next release is up again.
Btw, I thought you had bought one since early days ago.
