Yes, released units really flying off like hot cakes and most surprise me one, was the demand of small units seems never ending from day 1 until now and I never see the sticker of Type A is able to pull off or need any advertisement to sell it.

Now, even with increased price and some premium units of big sizes, all being snapped up by existing clients, friends and early registrants who keep waiting.

KR1 & KR2 certainly have benefited from the announcement of WCT project. Is KR2 the closest condo to WCT? From the map it certainly looks like it.

Yes. On map, it should be KR2 or Green Avenue or OG Heights.

But if overall accessibility, I think KR2 is the nearest once the LRT new road linked to Kesas is done. Green Avenue has to go up further to The Treez to do U-Turn before exit in the Kesas. Same goes to Fortuna Court and OG Heights.

I think more or less, WCT Mixed Development and Pavilion 2 announcement a bit benefited KR2 or it's surrounded. But, the main key for me would be it's competitive pricing, product, package and location vs any other new development.

I think WCT has no issue to do well for the Paradigm alike mall plus shop-offices and offices tower to create jobs, because they did well in their track. I much hope Malton can execute the great planning for Pavilion 2 aka Jalil City, which would be a real transformation at the South. Based on Datuk Desmond Lim's track record in Pavilion KL, it looks like no issue at all, but since the plan is mega bucks, let's hope so.

If not mistaken, you are still looking for somewhere else in KL to buy, did buy any recently?

Found any other good gem which is better than KR2?

Hope every thing can go according to plan. Decided to stopped my hunt before liability spiral outta control, just relax for now till situation improve, see how's the performance for 2014 first. Too many on going projects la, don't you think so? rclxub.gif

Hello guys .. heard there issue on KR1 condo name and it was change to Kondominium Desa Jalil and in English it become Jalil Village Condo. What do you guys think about this changes. Does the Dev need to do something or change it to something better ? What's the main course of this changes.

We need something to be done else we will get Jalil Village Condo 2 as our lovely condo name.

They can name it Desa Kubur, Desa Jamban, Desa Tanjung Rambutan.. as long as LRT still beside the condo... thumbup.gif

For KR1, all 2 car parks. Only KR2 late buyers are entitle for 3 car parks with price increased.

I just noe this when u guys informed me. I have no exact idea of the changes but if I were to guess, it should be related to "Kiara" and probably DBKL wants something special treatment if dev is going to appeal.

Btw, it's KR1 changes to Desa Jalil by stupid DBKL and yet to relate with KR2 but there would be possibility of changes too by 2015 since same name of Kiara was used and I reckon the same for Z Residence and any other related weird name with stricter DBKL control now.

Anyhow, Desa Jalil sounds very medium cost and not as good as Kiara Residence. Hopefully dev able to appeal it for KR1. Maybe I prefer english name or with Residence more than Malay name condo.

Would it badly affected? I don't think so but maybe a minor one until 1-2 years later. Seri Jalil sounds worsen than Jalil Sutera and Tmn Esplanade but the price keep going up from RM 1.2mil price up to asking RM 1.6mil now.
