Go to the Sales Office to check the progress of T3. The SA told me now the price increase again and need to buy additional car park. Which mean they gonna have 3 parking lot. Previos buyer can also purchase it buy in cash .

What i advise was +/- 20k increase for house and parking lot 20k. So total 40k jo lo. I ask him why parking lot so fast sell why not wait till complete project. He say may be coz if later.only buy will.not get side by side for all 3 lots de. Which is true also lo. If they sell when completion dont think ppl will.buy kua... So this is how they gonna earn it.

Anyone if cant get loan or want to let go their unit, pm me pls. Would consider to take up one unit with original price and condition.

Puchongite bro...nice seeing here.. smile.gif . Basically i was the first one to book on kr 1, but they forgot to inform me when choose unit and so last min when i was outstation, so i angry and give up everything . Now i m back because nothing much in the market at the moment...bukit jalil area still better than many other areas.

Kesas view = pool view right if not mistaken. For me, since not for own stay, my choice will be if kesas view must be above 10th floor. If facing lrt must be above 20th floor. I prefer small unit.

U have any unit or anyone have unit drop out? I know that this kr2 still not really can apply loan yet and loan approval limit at the moment is very tight.

Most likely those units available from developer are not his choice whereas units drop out from earlier booking might fit him better.

Probably u can try luck for medium size. Tower 1 and 2 all sold, unless buyer cancel purchase but some available at Tower 3 low floors with premium prices. Unless, double lanai unit probably got chance.

Do ur guy know what the tile they gonna use for the floor? It is all unit is fully furnish or only give the kitchen cabinet?

As I know, it's 2x2 porcelain tiles. I not sure what brand because I don't think the SA will know but developer said white colour tiles.

Err, I think you better check at first page for the furnished items.

The actual reason has not been disclosed.

1. Can't be lawyers admin does thing too slowly.
2. Can't be AP not obtained - someone said AP has been obtained.

And so what's the reason then ? Purely due to developer adjusting the it's timing ? What timing of what ?
