QUOTE(puchongite @ Aug 25 2012, 08:50 AM) SAs are trained to speak without blinking the eyes. hahaha, of coz I am not buying it, pressed further on why the delay, couldnt give a proper answer but keep giving assurance there is nothing to worry about coz they have parked afew of the machines/equipments and works on the way..The actual reason has not been disclosed. 1. Can't be lawyers admin does thing too slowly. 2. Can't be AP not obtained - someone said AP has been obtained. And so what's the reason then ? Purely due to developer adjusting the it's timing ? What timing of what ? Added on August 26, 2012, 8:28 pm QUOTE(| KENZO | @ Aug 25 2012, 01:40 AM) Really? Thats what the SA said but like what puchongite and khelben has mentioned, will not be taking them too seriously until their lawyer firm send out the invitation for the signings. Finally, but, awaiting my other bank loan approval, damm. Too many holiday and limited banks available. This post has been edited by eerkyeerk: Aug 26 2012, 08:28 PM |

Some of the guys have already signed the S&P? Informed via letter or phone call? Did not follow the forum for quite some time, and not updated to the latest happening. Are they following the tower sequence for the signing arrangement??

QUOTE(ah_chung @ Oct 15 2012, 09:52 AM) bro, yes. some of us has done signing S&P and LA. according to taikors here, now there are a few solicitors involved. early buyers will get sng & co's call to make appointment for the signing session. as for other solicitors, i'm not sure about that... have u got ur LO ready? Thank dude!! I've signed my bank LO with Ambank initially but rejected it and ended up choosing MBB. Got a call from the solicitors confirming which bank offer I've accepted / rejected but no returned call from them, not sure whether its from Sng & co or other solicitors. Anyway great news with the signing taking place..finally its happening..chris-gor, i got tandem parking lots, but can exit front and back... lolz.. regarding the DIBS letter from developer about the "Term Loan", do u hv any idea? how do u define "Term Loan"? thx! |

S&P signed, DIBS and freebies are not in the S&P copy but two separate computer generated letters from the developer. side by side car park given at L3.
It seems like the allocation of car parks are based on the floor level of your units, not the type of unit purchased. Pressed further on how the developer allocates, the WCT fellas are unable to provide an answer to it. The car parks allocated for one of the buyers of Type C unit at lower floor are allocated at L4 This post has been edited by eerkyeerk: Oct 20 2012, 04:02 PM |

QUOTE(Travaller @ Oct 20 2012, 04:30 PM) What floor and type are u and the other buyer is what floor bro ? Bro, I'm getting type C and at lower mid floor. I think the other buyer's is at 3 - 5, but not too sure coz I've only heard the legal firm ppl talking about it among themselves and also afew are not signing the S&P due to the car park allocation.I stop by to spy on my Loan docs coz my appoint was actually next week. Found they given me 35% discount But want to spy on my S&P docs to see my parking lot but it was not here yet. Amir Rais is only doing the loan but S&P is still under SNG & CO. Hmmm..I've overheard the b****ing among the legal firm ppl that its unlikely the developer will entertain any request to change the car parks location ohh what discount? bank loan legal fee? Great!! QUOTE(Xccess @ Oct 22 2012, 02:29 PM) Bro, don't make early assumption yet. Mine is Type C (High Floor), carpark is at L2, located between lifts for Tower 1 and 2. Not an assumption at all, I got my car parks at L3, type C mid floor but the good thing is, they are not that far away from the Tower 2 lifts |

QUOTE(localfish @ Oct 22 2012, 07:54 PM) Well... congrats to some of you who have gotten good car parks at Level 1 or 2... Hey dude, did you signed the S&P then? I was talking to another couple who bought Type C and got L4 for their carparks as well, and i think they bought the unit with 3 car parks! (before the latest offering)I have to admit the car park allocation is screwed up big time and have caused a lot of unhappiness. I booked a Type C and I got Level 4! And it is not even exactly near to the lift where my tower is located. Brought it up as an official complaint but yet the developer refused to budge nor do anything about it as they don't want to request any form of changes whatsoever with regards to the car parks... |
