Guys.. S&P agreement will only be ready in end of Sept... Currently pending approval from authority...Spoke to solicitor as at 28/08/2012

The last update from solicitor is that the S&P will be ready in "early October"

S&P is ready for signing this weekend! You need to call them to make appointment... I'll be going to sign on Saturday at bukit jalil sales office.. Anyone?

Signing on weekdays will be at solicitor's office...
S&P is free, you don't have to pay for it.. You only need to pay the legal and disbursement fees for loan documentation.. |

Haha.. I'm not rich.. Mine is tandem car park.. Maybe that why.. You guys got the individual car park.. From the plan, individual car park is very limited..
