Hi, I'm new to Umobile, just got my first month statement via email.
I was charged for a total of RM207.23 (1+1 monthly rental + RM20 rebate) which including another activation fee of RM100. I've paid that RM100 in cash during my sign up with umobile dealer. What's the possibility for umobile to charge me twice for the activation fee, I've emailed the cs team and still waiting for the reply. anyone faced the same issue before? |

Mine hardly load (even lowyat.net) @ Melaka town, UM68  |
