Hi, I'm new to Umobile, just got my first month statement via email.
I was charged for a total of RM207.23 (1+1 monthly rental + RM20 rebate) which including another activation fee of RM100.
I've paid that RM100 in cash during my sign up with umobile dealer.
What's the possibility for umobile to charge me twice for the activation fee, I've emailed the cs team and still waiting for the reply.

anyone faced the same issue before?

called to the cs, they said they will revert back the 100 to me 'after discuss with the team leader', then they will refund back my 100 on next month, as i signed up for auto billing, the bill already charge on my cc. so shall see what's umobile reply/action in the next few weeks.

nevertheless, cs team of umobile is so unprofessional if compared to digi, i can hear background noise in the office and the operator singing while checking my status sweat.gif

anyone encountered slow broadband these days?
Mine hardly load (even lowyat.net) @ Melaka town, UM68 cry.gif
