Purchase with your Maybank Visa Debit ( if you notice the Visa on your Maybank ATM Card )


2) Transfer your paypal balance to me, i help you purchase. (i think option 1 is far better)

Yup I will choose option 1 also if worse comes to worst, but I dislike the low exchange rate of 2.9 to Maybank.

I used my paypal balance to pay for my GW2, I think it'll auto use your balance if you have enough USD inside, they will only use CC if you choose so or do not have enough balance.

@mashimoro85 I am not sure about the error that you are getting, you showing the Guild Wars 2 site error, but not the Paypal.

If it's just that you don't want to pay with CC option in Paypal, did you try click the "Change" or "Funding Option" @ the Payment methods step?

I am sure Paypal balance works as I am using it to maintain my Mumble and game servers. Also bought my Guild Wars 2 DDE from partially Paypal Balance(~52 USD) and from my Maybank Visa Electron (~27USD).

So fast Page.17 already... I bet by the time the game release we're on V4... Ah, never like this get excited about a game even before half a year it get released (and paid super early too)...

Everything is fine when in Paypal.. no errors or anything, but when upon completion.. it cannot go thro (refer to SS). Actually I bought 1 account once using my paypal account for my friend last week. But this week when I try to purchase another one, it cannot go through. I wonder is it 1 paypal account can only purchase 1 GW2 account?

But, I did tried to ask my brother to create his own paypal acc, then I transfered 59.99USD to him and he try to purchase. Alas, still same error.

You probably just need to wait and see what GW2 support reply to your ticket.

when will gw2 accept pre-order registration?

pre-order ? for pre-order you'll get your game after the launch isn't it..? unless it is amazon pre-order, which i think they will send you the key that you can use to register your account immediately and send you the box later.... if it is local distributor pre-order, i would say after the game launch....

if it is pre-purchase, arenanet will send you the key immediately, and you can use it to register your account ...

EDIT:

for prepurchase, yes you get the 3 days headstart. for pre-order i don't quite sure how it works...

Ya i knw that .. i have two gw2 ...one is pre-purchase normal edition...another is pre-order collectors edition which i won

I got the pre-order key but when i key in , they said that the only accept pre-purchase key for now
