Also I think when you making the payment, it have several options for paying...like what card you want to use and pay using paypal balance or paypal with credit card.



Edit: your paypal have balance? I think you should choose to use Credit Card in paypal option when paying.

then why you need contact maybank? to get your account status : verified?

Cos I read somewhere, they successfully purchased it after they got their Paypal verified, so I did but still cannot purchase.

I have both AUD and USD in my account and my USD is enough to do the purchasing

malaysia dont use paypal balance but if card is verified, should be fine. not a problem on paypal or gw2 then. try ask maybank. good luck.
