Anyone has problem ordering GW2 using Paypal from GW2's website? I purchased 1 for my friend using Paypal smoothly, then I want to purchase another for my bro 1 week later I received error "An error occurred finalizing your purchase ". I have enough USD in my account for the purchase. Anyone encounter same problem?

or call your bank and ask them why the purchase failed to transact, since make the verification thing...at the same time you can also retrieve the 4 digit number from them .

You have enuf balance in Paypal or Maybank?

You use paypal balance or paypal with credit card verified?

then why you need contact maybank? to get your account status : verified?
Unverified Member can still made any purchase.
You have different currency in your paypal balance?

you should ask Maybank why your purchase keep failing.

Also I think when you making the payment, it have several options for paying...like what card you want to use and pay using paypal balance or paypal with credit card.
Edit: your paypal have balance? I think you should choose to use Credit Card in paypal option when paying.

1) Transfer your paypal balance to your maybank ( 72 hours )
Purchase with your Maybank Visa Debit ( if you notice the Visa on your Maybank ATM Card )

@mashimoro85 I am not sure about the error that you are getting, you showing the Guild Wars 2 site error, but not the Paypal.

If it's just that you don't want to pay with CC option in Paypal, did you try click the "Change" or "Funding Option" @ the Payment methods step?

I am sure Paypal balance works as I am using it to maintain my Mumble and game servers. Also bought my Guild Wars 2 DDE from partially Paypal Balance(~52 USD) and from my Maybank Visa Electron (~27USD).
