Now, you remind me. I think I set mine to softcopy also. No email notification. Every 2-3 months, I'll go download all the e-Statements for banking account & CC
BTW, MBB still send me hardcopy every month

There is option where you request statement to be send to your email everymonth. Have you did that? I am receiving the CC statement 1 or 2 days after the statement date everymonth.

anyone of u who pays their outstanding balance even before the statement comes? Just wondering..

Done that before for the first 3 months I received my CC. After that, I feels it is better for me to put the money in M2U Saver and get the interest from bank before I make the payment 3 days before the statement due date.

RM2 is better than nothing, isn't it? Can make IBG transfer 2 times for free already.

Haha. You can pay the amount you need to use to the CC. Like I mention before, I use until my credit limit and when I tried to pay bill online it's unsuccessful. Then I make payment of RM100 and immediately bill payments was successful.

hi, my supplementary card still has outstanding balance, can I terminate the card and transfer the outstanding balance to my principal card? thanks

Yes, you can request to terminate the card. But the account will still be valid, until you finish pay up the outstanding. The liability is still on the principal.
I'm not sure if supplementary balance can transfer to principal, but from principal X-card to principal Y-card (visa/master) is not possible.

Yes, need to call CS to Activate your Card before U can Use it...

I don't recall I did any activation for my Maybankard2Card. Well, that was last year's March, can't recall anything now.
I know for my OCBC Ti yes.

Will get my Maybank 2 Platinum cards soon , had to make FD equivalent to limit but the reward points far better than my current HSBC card so considered worth it

maybank 2 gold card limit up to 5k means :

amex -2.5k + mastercard - 2.5 k = 5k

or

amex - 5k + mastercard - 5K =
