Anyone know Is Canting has auto gate?

Based on the construction drawing (pentas 2), the contractor only provided autogate point only.

However, the brochure mentioned clearly is autogate.

And... however, the S&P stated there autogate point.

For those who are new to Alam Impian (I&P)

Canting comes with automate point only.

How about alarm system or only alarm point?

My estimation. Future Launches

Precinct 1 = 22'x80' (120) + 22'x80' (80)

Precinct 2 = 24’x80’ (238) + 25’x85’ (245)

Precinct 3 = 24’x80’ (172) + 26’x85’ (60) + 28’x80’ (126)



Total units = 1943 (approx.) my own calculation

From the sizes, Precint 2 n Precint 3 is going to be superlink and link house for Precint 1.
Any semi d o bungalow in the pipeline. Our neighbour TTDI already launch semi d....

how much you think the semi-d and bungalow will be? I think semi-d would be around RM2 mil while bungalow would be around RM3 mil

+1... depending on size, min at least 3500sf. Bungalow maybe more expensive.3.5 mio!

IMHO this is more expensive than TTDI semi d. I think because inp quailty better...kekeke (I'm sure some one will come n bash us cukup cukup)

You buy for own stay, so looking for superb quality in Pentas.
I am an investor, i look for affordable pricing with bigger rooms for appreciation + acceptable quality.

Also, i value security F&G more important than workmanship and u are the other way round. Thus different profiles (investors vs own stay) have different requirments.

As i said i am happy if INP make the next Semi D in AI at RM2mil.

Usually as rule of thumb, Semi D price shd be double than the link houses. Last launch Aquina's Type C price is around RM700K++, thus, Citrina's price from RM1.4mil++ just right.

For INP's AI, Pentas 3 is closed to RM1mil, so next Semi D if launched at RM2mil, it is just nice.

Alarm System Phe0, i think same system as pentad.
