Seems that Nukilan 3 and Tenun only has few units launched, while Canting had more units.

Sooner, seems a lot of 25 x 85 or 24 x 90 or above?

Tot they going to squeeze to smaller size such as 22 x 75 ...

Precinct 1 = 834 (43%)
Precinct 2 = 751 (39%)

24’x80’ = 681
25’x85’ = 513
26’x85’ = 60
28’x80’ = 126

Precinct 1 = 22’x80’ (563) + 24’x80’ (271)

Conclusion : 1200 acres built 2,000 landed link compare Rimbayu 1,700 acres build 7,000 landed link. The choice is very clear for me. Rimbayu will hv over supply issue. If not, AI will hv great demand!

Ttdi side has 24x80.
Ttdi and Inp trying to have different products to avoid direct competition, for example Ttdi is trying to hv 22x75 in 3 storey which I think demand is quite uncertain.

Those who has visited the construction site of Rimbayu will know Rimbayu is not as closed to KK as claimed by the developer. I would consider it nearer to Dengkil and Cyberjaya. Plus its LH status. So the choice is clear.

From the date of 1st drawdown exactly count of the 2nd year.?

And it counts by day or month.?

Who should be contacted of this to ensure DIBS 2nd year paid by InP.?

Loan Agreement lawyer.? Bank agent.? InP?

1) bank 1st drawn down. not snp date.
2) bank and inp will know what to do. you no need to follow up.
3) after 12 months period, each month you still need to paid 1st. it will credit back to you in subsequent month.

if you read before, should be very clear. no need to worry and keep clarify.

The first phase was sapued by staffs and ijm'd business associates. Plu Ijm indeed has better marketing team than INP and Ttdi

Even though I&P mktg no good, but they managed to secure Top 10 Developer Award (organized by The Edge)

Low density has it cons too. This means commercial activities will be less. You don't have enuf residents to support compare to rimbayu. Unless you leverage nearby township otherwise it will be difficult.
Since the toll is there, unlikely those from neighbour come and shop...

Pls study the asessment properly, The Edge adopts a very comprehensive appraiser technique to judge a company, quantitative and qualitative, there are 7 attributes in these 2 areas, if qualitative alone, I think I&Pis not in Top 30, she scored high mark in cash in hand, paid up capitalland banking and gearing aspects (which to me are not very important)
