By the way, anyone has idea what is coming up opposite Canting at Precint 2? I saw them clearing the land and piling machines are there.

Facing south got few type b end lots. Price around 920k++ to 955k++.

1) 3400 sqft vs 3600 sqft. ~20k different.
2) side door facing east ~12k more exp than facing west.
3) facing south shud be all consider facing garden.

Refer jucl photo, is it Pentas 3 going for road construction very soon?

How come it is pick-up worked on P3 but delay vp on P1 side?

Is it there need vp together due to the water & electrical supply are too closed & prefer CF together?

Guys, do you feel that Pentas road are not wilder as Canting road, which is declared 40 feet without boundary side? I assume if car parked side by side the road become narrow to access.

1. For you to get CCC & VP, you need to get clearance from local authorities, ie: building department, engineering department, landscape department, IWK, SYABAS, TNB, Bomba (if any). Without all the necessary clearance, never think of getting your keys.

2. 40 feet road is calculated included the walkaway, the planting stripe (if any), road kerb.

3. The speed of construction works has no direct impact with CCC or VP.

4. No. it is not necessary to get VP together because TNB or water is near too close.

Pentas 1 will be on time delivery as 1st launch date is 7/23/2011. Still has 3 weeks to go SNP date was 8/5.

If I judge correctly from your picture, you are referring to the land clearing next to Pentas 4 areas, which already covered/fenced?

If so, the land clearing now should be for the ground work for upcoming 24x80, which I shared in Nukilan thread. Refer to shaded area in the image below. Some opinions say to be the best area in AI. Expected to be launched within 2013.

No problem boss. Btw, I was told by the SA that AI will also be launching commercial units by end of this year. Looking into this matter, you will notice the land along the way to AI TTDI is also doing the ground work, where that area according to the master plan is for commercial. It is the area marked as Tesco in wikimapia.
