Usually there put flip & folding staircase. But I prefer fixed & extended staircase.
P3 type-A1 on the 1st floor built-up big enough to fitting small staircase to the rooftop level.
Used indo worker built a beam and cement brick for level floor & staircase cheaper than used ikea idea flip/folding staircase.

I was told by the SA that this collapsible staircase cost RM10k plus If anyone plan to construct this loft...........build spiral metal staircase or any thing except this collapsible staircase.....not worth the price !! spiral staircase not good.....

Bro, I still need people advised & assist during for renovation. Just lucky those relative & friends are work experienced can help abit.
You still cannot 100% depend on foreign worker. As I know, shortages of indon but replace bangla which is finishing are really shit & ugly.
If can, hire Indon but slightly higher pay of labour. It is your own house cannot save. Unless contractor no choice get lower cost for better margin & shortages worker will 50-50 bangla+indon.

I personally like DIBS scheme as it is real good for all buyers. Even though developers already factor in all the costs into the selling prices, buyers are still enjoying interest-free during the construction periods for at least 2 years. let's say buyers can save 1k per month, 24 months can equally to 24k, this would be a very good sum for renovation costs or fund for furnishing. no doubt, all the costs in DIBS will eventually bill to buyers, but this would be spread over the whole tenure of housing loan which will have a minimal impact on buyers.

DIBS does give some sort of relief but in long term not sustainable. All developers up up price too much already. Rm1000psf outside of klcc. Near klcc also RM2000 to 3000psf. Crazy. Anyway what do u guys think will happen when there is suddenly no DIBS for new props? I think developers will be lowering down price to be competitive and this may affect those developments which already included DIBS. Lets just see what will happen. Every year got such measurements from gov. Huhu. Tapi crony tetap dipelihara
