Depend sales market. There need 70% landed house launched within short period or 2 years time, but very tough and challenging.

Bro does this mean we are expecting a big mall like Paradigm or Setia Alam. I wonder who will be their target anchor tenant. If they start in 2015 the mall will only complete in 2018. Still very long to go. How firm is the news?

Huhuhu, things are getting hotter at AI. Hopefully its not stand alone tesco. Should adopt paradigm model. Hypermarket in shopping complex or something similar to tesco mutiara damansara, surrounded and interconnected with shopping complex.

went into Pentas yesterday late morning.

Took a lot of pictures, which will upload in a day or 2.

All I can say is that Pentas is worth the buy! Love the design, love the location and love the space!

That's why I don't give comment here about Tesco in a map. As I mentioned it after meeting up one of the I&P staff, there is no commitment for potential tenant this moment.

As I know, if Tesco interested, there will find I&P offer a land. Not a complete build then buy. So far no buyer was asking to purchase I&P commercial land.

Anyway just to update, we will send a proposal on f&g next week. Everything we have discussed will be put in black and white.Fyi.
