2nd if agreed, there should start underground cable to the guardhouse and public toilet.

Me a bit susah bro to meet them on weekdays. I dont work in malaysia. By the time i get back it will always be the latest flight on friday and land at 11pm-12am. Usually I get back on sundays.

Pentas chairman @ hero, mind sharing here what is thïs "own plan"? does it imply I&P mgt agreed to build the perimeter fencing as proposed by Pentas buyers ?

Pentas 4 selling slowly, so far only 13 units sold/booked. Nx launch planned end of the month 22x80 near shops/shell, price ard 720k.

I think the 22x80 will be get more attention since the Pentas 4 entry price is quite high.
