Maybe yes, but this time the 22x80 Tenun design is a little bit weird for the 1st floor. I post the model house image in Nukilan thread, those who interested can take a look.

I have a feeling i&p pushed up the price of pentas 4 due to some recent events. Guessing only

Amint, we should say it is right timing for us to propose F&G in Pentas. P4 price are not attract buyer without F/G.

If want P4 or future launch good buy, then F&G compulsory.

If he play on discounted to attract, why not buy 1 free 1 gift? Atleast won't spoilt market value.

Just talked to the pentas 2 contractor. They are looking at August to VP wo....

I have a feeling they cannot finish by Aug. Look at P1 VP delay until June. Still plenty of work need to be done for P2...

If need until pay LAD, dont be too happy.

I guarantee the quality will be sucks just to minimize the LAD.

P1 1st launched was End of July 2011. June vp where got delay? Stlll within 2 years period.
Besides, p2 launched was 2months later. If p1 really vp on June, then p2 vp has chance on aug.
