My phone survived the incident. Nothing went wrong.

Lesson learnt: Never place drinks close to your phone and a good case really helps! Haha.

Just connect your phone to PC and use PC companion to update. The phone will prompt you to install the software.

Hi Droidtrix, try this.
previously my phone ran on default maxis internet settings and due to incorrect APN settings my phone struggles to find signal, and thus draining battery like crazy.
not sure if this would help but here is how you remove the proxy:

GO TO SETTINGS ---->
MOBILE NETWORK ----->
APN ----->
cLEAR THE PROXY (BLANK)

just connect it to your pc, install pc companion.
it will download and update the phone for you, just follow the instructions.

cikgu, you use white or black for the TPU casing? If white, is it transparent at the back?

I am so disappoint with the momax white, the rubber become blueish now. sad.gif

I am using Black Icase Momax, it really serves me well in term of protection for the phone..

If only it can transform just like that. But nope, XPS is the sexiest to my eyes.

I have both, transparent and transparent black. The white ones is ok if it is not in contact with any object that easily stains. So far, am using the transparent black. My Momax still clean though, I have one blue stain because I'm cleaning the screen using hand sanitizer with a blue microfiber cloth OTL

any sms software, that can use mms without data enabled? with private box available as go sms pro. i tried this gp sms pro but d sms didnt work if i close data enable. but stock messaging work with mms even with data enabled close.

guys, i wanna claim warranty to replace my phone becuz it got yellow tinted screen when hot, but i lost my receipt, i only have a warranty card with me, it is original. do u think i can claim that warranty? how long does the warranty last for original xps????

i think as long as u have the warranty card should be fine.. last time i use bb, go claim warranty also like that.. receipt gone only have warranty card the guy say no problem since behind the phone got the sticker date when we purchase etc

I currently use KA13 Xperia SSpeed custom Rom c/w SSpeed kernel .. very good battery life & smooth.

Yes, it is worth to buy at current price in the market. It has S3 Snapdragon Chip (MSM8660) which newer than HTC Sensation XE, screen quite big, got Sony Bravia Images enhancement, good camera system too

My friends ask me, "why you choose to buy this phone".
I answered "transparent bar, that's all".
They were like..... "Serious?"
Actually plenty of good reasons like HD screen, good cameras, etc... but lazy to explain.
Bought it at RM1.8K that time. Even now got many new phones better features, 'longer screen', etc etc... I still prefer Xperia S sleek design, and yes, the transparent bar! tongue.gif

Too bad Nilkin case break already. Now need to find new casing.
