Ragdoll is like a manikin.

When you release a ragdoll from any support, it crumbles to the ground.


so when in gaming terms it means let the physics dictate the dead bodies falling directions and how they fall.
in a way creating different falling actions every time.

been around since Quake 1, i think.

haha not fun if they fall death the same way 10000000 times.
best is still death animation combined with ragdolls.

it's free, but it's quite old. dun seem to have any updates on it nowadays.

I did a factory reset on my phone over the weekend.

Not only the ICS UI became super smooth once again, the battery life also improved tremendously for reasons unknown.

Use to eat up 4% per hour on standby, here is the current battery consumption. as of this morning.

feels like new phone =)



PS: i wake up at 4am during weekdays due to work.

I didnt lose anything, backed up everything with PC Companion.

Just the Apps need to redownload but was done in a flash on Unifi.

<3 the phone now.

I read on xperia blog that the update unable to download is a problem worldwide, so we just have to wait till sony fix it, i guess.

i think it's super smooth now =)

I think there the last time my girlfriend's phone had this problem on her S2, i removed her battery and put it back in, it fixed.

for your case, try to hold power+volume up until you feel 3 vibrations to reset the phone.

i have this, claimed it for free from sony style when i got the phone.
holds about 1 charge for the phone only. sometimes not even a full charge.
i think new unit is about RM7x can get.

what color pack you got?

suddenly my battery life started to suck.
standby 1 hour loss 4-6% battery.
when in use surfing net, drops 15-20% within 30 minutes use.

i have no idea what happened.

BTW guys, i had a good scare last night while charging on USB connected to a USB Hub.

My phone suddenly went dead WHILE CHARGING. LED showing red and couldnt turn on at all.

Later found out that the battery was drained even though it was still connected and charging. see screen shot below.

seems that the quality of the charge is very important to our phone.
Anyway it's back to normal after i charged it with power outlet.

I'm always on full time WIFI, never had a problem until that time.
you realised my battery drops incredibly fast at the end of that chart, when my phone was charging on USB?

Anyway, i maintain the quality of charge now by only charging via power outlet. seems to have a more stable battery life.







on a seperate issue, i'd like to share something i just fixed.

I have noticed that my phone internet is extremely slow and i get error 500 all the time when i try to download from play store or when try to surf internet on 3G.

Turns out that the automatic internet and MMS settings from Maxis is flawed.

The fix is simple, just go to the APN settings and remove the proxy IP (not the MMS proxy) and it's fixed. damn, been bothering me for a few months now only found a fix yesterday.

I hope no one else is having the same issue but if you do, the fix is quite simple.

hahah congrats guys. maybe the 3G network is not as sucky as we think it is. but our carriers have shitty settings for our phones.

anyway, i also noticed a great improvement on my battery life on 3G after that fix. maybe the phone is no longer suffocating looking for a good signal.
haha.
