I asked for my statement to be on the 1st and they said it was available, so I'm not certain whether all dates are available or just pre-set dates. Sorry.

Thanks and I have change my statement date successfully I was confused by the automated instruction and don't know how to get to speak to the CS directly.

The first 3 choices that I wanted is not available. According to the CS, there's certain quota for each date, ended up taking the 4th choice as my new statement date.

After they give you the first 3 options, don't press anything and just wait on the line. After a few seconds it will transfer you to a CS

What I did was after selecting language, press 2 and follow with a 0 Was connected to CS almost instantly.

Just did request to change my statement date as well, CS said it can be 1st-5th of the month whichever you like

Should be immediately. However your next statement will depends on which ever that is earlier, either old statement date or new statement date.

Yea CS said my coming statement will remain the old date as it is nearer to current date, then subsequent statement will follow the new date.

I have recently reactivated my MACH card which was cancelled a year ago, HLB sent me a new card with new card numbers.

Well, they said it's cancelled and must be issued with new card number. I guess that's equivalent to applying new card.

I also owned mach 2 years ago, but terminated on 2014. This year I went in branch, have to resubmit new doc for the approval process. First application failed, officer asked me resubmit more info only able to got approval since my commitment was too high...even though my previous payment records was perfect

Yup, just received a call over the phone and it's done. No doc whatsoever.

i think hong leong bank has a habit of deactivating accounts instead of cancelling them. i closed my savings account 2 years back and d other day when i wanted to request to open a new account, my old account is still there. just need to reactivate
