Should be immediately. However your next statement will depends on which ever that is earlier, either old statement date or new statement date.

This is what I called False Advertising. They didn't even show the MCC code you have to obtain from the transactions at Zara. And now they are saying you need to have this MCC code to eligible for the cash back? Just what?

Even Starbucks logo is still shown under dining category in their brochures. Funny thing is, now that you have mentioned it, all these dining places I went and were not categorized under dining is categorized under 5499 Manual Feed, yeah the system wants you to manually feed it, to tell it whether or not the transactions fall under dining category.

I don't mind helping out this section if updating the list could help la.

After all, this would contribute to the Maybank 2 cards thread for 5% weekend dining in the end.

those eateries that allows 'Happy Hour' for alcohol drinking usually are not part of 'Dining'.
