Just go to Mach outlet in shopping malls. Got mine done in less than 1 hour.

Purposely went to Mach outlet in eCurve. Was told that card will be sent in 1 week. They don't produce the card there.
By the way, the online request callback still has not called back. it's 2 weeks.

Apply directly from bank usually gets you nothing. You'll hardly see any roadshow for MACH.
do check online promo - https://www.hlb.com.my/main/promotions/#/credit-cards

I am afraid that you are right... cry.gif
I just called up the CS and it is confirmed that MACH/HLB will only waive the GST in first year, after that one needs to pay for it or use any points to offset it.

I have got a dilemma now, I have done transactions of RM2k in November, so the RM150 cashback will only come in December, however my anniversary month is in December also...not sure whether I can still get the full RM150 cashback if I cancel after the GST kicks in (of course no transaction will be done after GST kicks in)... sweat.gif  sweat.gif  sweat.gif
*
I thought MACH's monthly cap limit for cashback is RM50? How do you expect to get RM150?

Cashback will be void if your card is not 'Active'.

Hi guys, is it possible to view your MACH card unbilled transactions in HL Connect?
I searched high and low but still can't find it, I can only find the online statement.  icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif
*
I believe the Unbilled Transactions are all listed under the card when you click on the card numbers. There is no further 'Unbilled Transactions' to drill down to, unlike other online banking.

Anything that has been 'flushed' to the statement will be gone.

For example, my billing date falls on 1st of every month, I could see the unbilled transactions under the card.
Hope this helps.

Just cancelled this card, too.

CS called to offer waiver of GST with 6 times usage within 30 days.
I decided to cancel it still.

Received this from HLB Connect.

"Dear Hong Leong Connect users,

Kindly be informed that with effect from 1 June 2015, the fee for Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT) will be revised to RM0.50 per transaction. A Goods and Services Tax (GST) fee of RM0.03 will be applied on top of each transaction fee.

Thank you.

Hong Leong Connect Team"

Did BNM revise the IBG rate?

The 50 cents should be for INSTANT Interbank Fund Transfer. Not the normal IBGT. That one should be still 10 cents.

Thanks!

Then it means the fee has been reduced. This is good.

Citibank is only 32 sen with GST inclusive.

Mine, from RM3.31 to RM3  doh.gif

Meanwhile, as this is my first statement, I've this RM100 campaign cashback with the RM3 cashback, after the statement is out. This made my outstanding amount is lesser than my statement amount. Which one should I pay? icon_question.gif

Can I change my statement date? If yes, how?
*
Just need to pay the statement amount - cashback to make your statement outstanding = 0.

new transactions amounts only need to be paid in next cycle.
