they are just closing all mach branches and its operation is absorbed into existing hlb branches. this is more logical and practical approach to save & optimize cost (manpower, overhead, etc).
if it's a brand termination, the products would be changed or terminated. this is not stated in the announcement nor is their plan to ask customers to change the products. who knows. maybe they're killing the Mach brand/products down the line, when nearing Feb 2018.
imo, from brand perspective, i'd rather they kill off the Mach brand/products in one-shot, and offer migration option to existing HLB products. this is more tedious than closing branches.
