do u know your statement date? and normally you will receive your statement via email first.
HLB quite fast, they send in statement on the same day of statement date (for my case)

My statement date is 12-May but I didn't receive any email yet. Let's wait for coming 12th see whether I receive or not.

My statement is 1-June and I have received it on the 5-June.

Is Chi fitness able to rebate if i take the Health and Fitness package?

Applied for Mach card last week Friday and filled the application form at the branch and instead they gave me the useless I'm Mastercard with no cashback or points system.
Really disappointed..

maybe Mach Card will come later, can call and ask

The thing is I never applied for this card. Can they give you a card you never applied for?

I called them and they said they will call back next week. Lol.

i used to have Wise Visa Card, then i applied for the Mach Visa Card, then they sent me the I'm Mastercard as well. i wanted to complain them to Bank Negara but think further, i did not suffer any losses so i just kept it till now

Oh okay. I thought I was the only one.

Well, at least they sent me a card without any annual fees. But no incentive for me to use I guess.

i tot mastercard when u go abroad no extra charges except currencies ? visa got charge ... u dont use also no problem **mastercard** correct me if im wrong
btw just apply this card and got aprrove , collect this monday

All cards have charges in overseas when you use them.

oh izzit ? coz this hlb told me that mastercard no charges...will check back with them

U won't see the charge normally, it added directly into the currency exchange rate..that why their currency exchange always super high..normally bank will charge 1-1.5% for visa master..call the bank cs and they will tell u..

Hi all, I hope you all can help me clarify some questions here.

My Mach card and GSC Gold has both been charged the annual fees.
I have paid for both.
So I was told that for Mach card, need to swipe 8 times? a year to waive the annual fee.
I thought its the same for GSC Gold card, also 8 times a year, however I found this:

Annual Fee Waiver For Life

That's right! Absolutely no annual fees at all! Both you and your Supplementary cardholders will automatically enjoy a waiver for the first year on your annual fee with a minimum swipe of 1 transaction within 45 days from card issuance date. Subsequent year annual fee will be waived if you spend at least 12 times on your GSC- Hong Leong Gold or Platinum Card.

So where can I check the issuance date, is the according to the letter I received through the mail?
And just to confirm, the annual fee when being waived will be in the form of crediting my card statement?
I am afraid I may have miss this 45 days window to waive my GSC Gold card annual fee = =

Mach have to swipe 12 times per year to waive subsequent year annual fee.

The 45 days is calculated from approval date normally, not sure about issuance date, u might have to call CS and ask. Yes, annual fee waiver will do by crediting in ur statement.
