Getting Started

|
Get a export Wira model, break the engine, get 4g91 DOCH, tuned it up, mix the parts with 4g93T, put E3 bonnet + lancer bodykit, get E4 spoiler, get it paint to Ferarri Red 2K and you will get a NA car with fuel comsumption of 500km per full tank - driving 90-100kmh... That's my car... Engine can even outrun Waja... With skills, can even leave another same spec while cornering... But after that, I installed Turbo Kit, and DANG, more problems coming up now... Will remove the turbo kit...

When the fuel lights came up, there's still remaining 15 litres of fuel left inside the fuel tank for Wira. This only applies to original Proton Wira's 2-wheel fuel tank (both injection & carb model). I've personally tried driving until car stopped when the fuel light lighted up. My Wira was originally a 1.5L auto export specs. I'm currently running LanEvo 3's 4-wheel fuel tank & i spent RM95 for fuel tank. I'm running with hybrid MIVEC & able to clocked 450-460 kms full tank with the current price of petrol. Previously fitted with 4G63T VR4 rojak & only clocked 380 km max with full tank of petrol (RM 80). FYI, my car is a '96 Wira sedan & fitted with piggyback engine mgmt. Wira is indeed the best bang for ur buck car! Those spare parts is bloody cheap & easily available from chop shops! Anyway, i've converted almost every part of my Wira to JDM Mitsubishi parts except the chassis & rear tail-lamps. This post has been edited by nd_4ever: Mar 30 2006, 05:31 PM

When the light starts to show, normally can run 100++km in 80-100km/h Still ok tr4657: BOT a lot of problems right? Better get a turbo engine straight way better. Me I prefer MIVEC GSR maintenence too high for me, if I can afford it, it will be cool also XD
