to all wira sifussss..i've asked this question before..but still its a mystery to me

urm..okay..i would wanna know where is a reliable accesory shop to repair/buy new center lamp inside the car..y'know?the one where you open the doors and the light comes on..yeh..that particular lamp....and how much...prefer not those 10bux chapalang ones.. hehehe.. =P

next is the meter panel..i know some wira owners have these problems :
-fuel meter unreliable
you can rely on the meter to show how much fuel left coz its so random..sometimes full..sometimes empty..sometimes it shows "exact" fuel..only have to rely on the petrol light when there's low fuel...

some "diagnosed" the fuel meter to be faulty..some says the float in the tank..some say the wire behind the meter panel...what say you? =P

-temperature meter unreliable
sometimes it works..sometimes it stays down and not show tempreture..

is there any way to repair the all 3 above?and their estimated price?

regarding the meter panel..is it wise to change to a 1.5 above meter panel or just repair it?coz no one know exactly what is the main problem especially the fuel meter..

maybe you can check your thermostat first...

i want to ask. front signal how much. some idiot dunno to park hit my front side. signal pecah, calar teruk pulak dekat tepi signal tu. but dunno which car. when i want to go to class, next to my car empty already.

1 - You can try CosPlus (if u lucky then can find some goodies there)
2 - Fuel Meter, to fix this u hav to go ask teh forman to check ur oil floating ball at ur gas tank. May b the ball got some problem. (RM -)
3 - Temperature meter, check ur wiring.. (Cheap Cheap la)

Up to you, change to 1.5 meter panel or not is doesn't matter. It still works in the end. My 1.6 mils meter spoil, i changed to 1.5 meter due to no stock. Still work fine now

You can try cut down to RM 70, or u giv a try goto 2nd hand shop to hunt for it.

Hi , i am getting a WIRA 1.5(M) Special Edition next month , so i wanna know how is the FC of it ? and the power of it ? my fren driving a Wira(M) SE also .. modded 4-1 extrator , K&N filter .. he still telling me that the power of if really lousy , and the max speed it can go is 175kmh ..

any suggestion about Wira SE ?

The stock 4-2-1 extractor is quite good already, why change? U'll lose power in the low-end thus causing higher FC. Wan more power? Try re-chip MMC ECU. The stock Siemen ecu is not that impressive IMO.

u need to downgrade your rims to 15" so u have better pick up & FC
u got money, transplant engine lo if u wanna go up to 220pkh or beyond:P

Modded to 4-1, end up for top speed only = high revs = useless because engine only 1.5
Better go for 4-2-1, better low end torque plus doens't lose much at top speed

Yeah, I still think that the stock 16" rims is okay ler...unless it is reeally heavy

No matter change wat rims. wira is piece of crappy junk. hopefully this time can sell my wira successfully.

A stock Wira 1.5(M) can touch 180kph easily. New car dun mod yet, wait after a while first. Enjoy the new taste.

Err........ acctually spare parts for wira no need to buy new wan, those chapalang wans is enough. Can save plenty of $$$. And nowadays chapalang parts for Wira got "QC"(by luck) no more masuk air liao !!!

i'm using a 2000 1.3gli wira, hehe , full skirtings white colour, crystal fron headlamps with white leds, gara steering,15inch sport rims, gti gear console with gti knob, ICE, k&N filter, type R sticker, full type R seat covers. nowadays rm10 fuel can go up to 60km, pick up from 0-90km/h quite ok , (with aircond off), top speed at 170km coz its not siemen chip. planning to add in rpm meter and tinted glass end of this month. but might want to sell this car also, might want to change to honda cars with vtec, well maintained, if i want to sell u interested?got friends interested to buy also but depends lar
