It is default untick. Not sure why you want to tick it.

Added on July 5, 2012, 4:15 pmi kenot tahan anymore.. clients r complaining.. i can't call them or answer their call cos both way also they can't hear me.. they said keep cut down.. my sim card was not cut accurate by the samsung shop guy.. i wanna ticked off him this weekend..

that was an obvious bad cut, its a miracle u are still able to use the SIM

none of the golden part should be touched and cut off


go to your telco 2moro ask for a new micro sim. for maxis you have to pay rm25, will be credited into your next bill

Go get a new sim.
I bought my s3 during the RM999 promo from Maxis,
a lady serve me. She cut the sim using a cutter as well. But she did told me
that if these few days, you encounter issue with the sim, they will exchange for free.
Normally exchange simcard is free right?
Because it's not your fault whether the sim is damaged or not.

I think can argue to exchange sim for free.
It's not lost of sim wor. It's damaged when they cut it.
But this person cut the sim really blind.
So much of the golden part being ripped off...
I will directly ask them to change directly if i see these kind cut sim.

i dun1 pay RM25.. 10 yrs v maxis postpaid b2b.. tmr i go jb maxis centre tried luck if can't i go my htown..

Like that also you can use and just let your customer complaint about it.

Y not just go get a new one? how much u pay for the cut? new one cost only RM10 (from DiGi la, maxis n others unsure) and took only 3 minutes for them to restart service

for this case i'm not sure. because according to TS the sim is not cut by maxis but from a samsung shop. so maxis got no responsibility here

last time for my sim undetected issue, i need to pay rm25 for the new sim. turns out its not my sim but my phone problem

actually that pic sim card r look nicer than mine.. mine r more worst than that pic.. damn lucky still able 2 use.. if they charge me.. then i will change other telco.. & my family all change 2 other telco.. c wat they respond.. av mth pay on time..

They gave you a new cut simcard or directly a microsim?
Cut sim seems like tak tahan long. The edges like those scratched plastic.

anyone knows where's the nearest Umobile centre in USJ or Shah Alam Hicom?
