I bought my s3 during the RM999 promo from Maxis,
a lady serve me. She cut the sim using a cutter as well. But she did told me
that if these few days, you encounter issue with the sim, they will exchange for free.
Normally exchange simcard is free right?
Because it's not your fault whether the sim is damaged or not.

I think can argue to exchange sim for free.
It's not lost of sim wor. It's damaged when they cut it.
But this person cut the sim really blind.
So much of the golden part being ripped off...
I will directly ask them to change directly if i see these kind cut sim.
